Refund Eligibility Requirements

We understand that circumstances change, and sometimes a course or program might not meet your expectations. Here's when you're eligible for a full or partial refund:
Full Refund Guarantee: Request cancellation within 7 days of enrollment and before accessing more than 25% of course materials. No questions asked policy applies to first-time students.
  1. Early Cancellation Period: Full refund available within 7 calendar days of initial enrollment, provided you haven't completed more than two learning modules or attended live sessions.
  2. Technical Issues: If persistent technical problems prevent course access for more than 48 hours, despite our support team's assistance, you qualify for a full refund regardless of enrollment duration.
  3. Content Mismatch: When course content significantly differs from promotional descriptions, partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis after review.
  4. Medical or Emergency Situations: Life circumstances requiring course withdrawal may qualify for prorated refunds with appropriate documentation.

Days 2-3: Our team reviews your request, checks eligibility criteria, and may contact you for additional information or to discuss alternative solutions.
Days 4-5: Refund approval notification sent via email. You'll receive confirmation of refund amount and expected processing timeframe.
Days 6-10: Refund processed to original payment method. Bank processing times may add 3-5 additional business days for credit card refunds.

Group Enrollment Cancellations: Corporate or group enrollments follow modified timelines. Companies can adjust participant numbers up to 10 days before program start dates without penalty. Individual withdrawals from group programs require 5-day notice for partial refunds.
Certification Programs: Our comprehensive certification tracks have extended refund periods. Students can request full refunds within 14 days of program start, provided they haven't attempted any assessment modules or received personalized feedback from instructors.
Force Majeure Situations: Natural disasters, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond control that prevent course completion automatically qualify students for full refunds or course transfers to future dates.

Non-Refundable Items and Services

Transparency is crucial, so here are specific items and services that don't qualify for refunds under our policy:
- Digital certificates already issued and downloaded - One-on-one coaching sessions that have been conducted - Physical materials shipped to your address - Third-party software licenses activated on your behalf - Administrative fees for payment processing or international transfers - Courses completed more than 30 days ago, regardless of satisfaction level
However, we're always willing to discuss alternative solutions such as course credits for future programs, extended access periods, or additional support resources that might address your concerns without requiring a refund.
